PRODUCTION WORKERS | IMMEDIATE START

Location: Erskine Park, NSW
Rate: $33.05/hr (Day Shift Rate)
Day: Monday to Friday

Mixer Shifts: Flexible starts between 6:00 AM - 9:30 AM (8-hour shifts)
Bakery Shifts: AM & PM shifts available

Join a leading bakery manufacturer and become part of a fast-paced production team. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers for both Mixer and Bakery/Artisan departments.

Duties Include

  • Weighing and preparing ingredients
  • Mixing, handling & pick packing bakery products
  • Production line work and quality checking
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the warehouse
  • Completing production paperwork
  • Following food safety, quality, and safety procedures
  • General cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting (20-25kg)

What You'll Need

  • Previous production, warehouse, food manufacturing, or bakery experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable transport and full working rights
